The skin

Our largest organ!

Depending on body size, our skin covers an area of roughly two square meters. If we are not comfortable in our skin, then we normally have reason for this; it can either be due to sallow skin lacking radiance or general skin impurities.

At the same time, our skin is our ultimate protection shield, regardless of its minimal thickness. A few millimeters are divided into three layers. These layers are referred to as the epidermis (the outer layer), the dermis (the middle layer) and the subcutis (the lower layer). The lower layer is responsible for storing heat and protecting our organs from infections. Make sure to support and look after your skin the best you can!
